• Enquiry details you provide through the portfolio enquiry form: your name, email address, mobile number, the number of vacant units, and your geographical region.
• Technical and usage data collected automatically when you visit the Website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed — including via analytics cookies (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

3. Why we process your information

We process your personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide you with a portfolio review or ROI assessment;
• contact you about our letting services;
• operate, maintain, and improve the Website and our services;

• Google — enquiry submissions are recorded in Google Sheets and notification emails are sent via Google's services; the Website also uses Google Analytics.
• Cloudflare — our website hosting and infrastructure provider.

These providers are bound to process personal information only as instructed and to keep it secure. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Some of our service providers process information on servers located outside South Africa. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is afforded a level of protection consistent with POPIA (section 72).
